UniCredit Bulbank said its retail and corporate loan portfolio topped 5 bln levs by end-Sept. Household credits increased to 34% of total loans, up from around 30% a year ago. The upside is mainly attributable to the 60% spike in mortgage loans. The deposit portfolio was reported at 5.8 bln levs. The credits to deposits ratio is 85.3%. The bank's net profit came in at 210 mln levs, up 87% y/y.
