The resort complex is situated in regulated real estate 7901 m2 big, according to the plan of Sunny Beach – West, Nesebar municipality. The buildings are two, the first of which is planned to be built on a terrain measured at 2 145, 40 m2, and the second – 533 m2. The adjoining swimming pools, plans, entertainment and service are planned to be built in the frame of the estate.
